The main floor has the best views in the house, and consists of the two living spaces, the dining room, a modern kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom, two ensuites and main laundry. The main living space and deck are the ultimate spot to relax and take in the stunning ocean views, Okahu Bay Beach, Devonport & Rangitoto Island. An internal staircase leads downstairs to the third bedroom and bathroom - which is a completely self-contained studio with a kitchenette, lounge, dining table and secondary laundry. The studio also has it's own private entrance, private patio with outdoor seating and additional BBQ. This room is perfect for people requiring a little extra privacy.
