The master bedroom has heat pump / AC, and all other bedrooms have plug in heaters. Parking is easy and secure in the private garage, with enough space for two cars. Pets are allowed with prior approval - note fees apply.

Parnell is an affluent central Auckland suburb. It is characterised by its mix of tree-lined streets with large estates; redeveloped industrial zones with Edwardian town houses and 1920s bay villas; and its hilly topography that allows for views of the port, the Waitematā Harbour, Rangitoto Island and the Auckland Domain. Parnell Road which runs through the suburb is a busy high street full of boutique shops, interior design stores, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. Dove Myer Robinson Park and rose garden is an enjoyable waterfront reserve just down the road from the property.
Parnell's close proximity to the CBD makes it a popular choice for people to live and visit alike. The CBD is within easy reach - a 38 minute walk, an 18 minute bus ride, or an 8 minute drive. Buses also connect Parnell to plenty of other central and eastern suburbs.
