Relax and unwind at this Birkenhead Point Villa Oasis. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has an open plan living configuration with bifold doors opening out to a lawn, outdoor dining area, and mineral salt water pool with lounge seating (solar heated in summer). For those travelling with children, the lower level of the fully fenced garden has a sunken trampoline, sandpit, swing and slide sheltered under a large leafy tree. 

Bedroom 1: The spacious Master bedroom has a super-king bed and has ample space to unpack your belongings either in the walk-in wardrobe or bedroom closet. Through the wardrobe there is also a master ensuite with shower and underfloor heating. 

Bedroom 2: This room has a queen bed and wardrobe, and is across the hall from the main bathroom which has a large bathtub and seperate rain shower. 

Bedroom 3: This room has twin single beds but can also set up as a super-king bed (1 weeks notice required). 

The main bathroom has a large freestanding bathtub with seperate shower and underfloor heating. 

At the back of the house you will find an open plan kitchen, living, dining room that opens up to / looks out over the lawn, deck and glass fenced pool. For alfresco dining there is a large outdoor dining table close to the kitchen, and at the back of the garden lounge seating next to the mineral salt water swimming pool (solar heated mid October to end of March). The pool has hidden internal steps and safety ledge which make it great for children. The kids will love the purpose built play area under a large shady tree (summer only), there is a sunken trampoline, sunken sandpit, slide and swing. And if this gets boring the playground down at Little Shoal Bay is within minutes walk away.

Birkenhead Point is a beautiful leafy suburb surrounded by water and bushland. The streets are filled with heritage houses, shops and cafes. Within walking distance, you'll find cafes, restaurants, and shops on Hinemoa and Queen Street. On Queen Street you will find the popular Stafford Road wine bar (a 10 minute walk away), as well as the Northcote Tavern, boutique Bridgeway Cinema and the Engine Room restaurant. On Hinemoa you will find plenty of delicious cafes as well as another renowned restaurant - Moxie. Little Shoal Bay, Le Roys Bush, and local playgrounds are also close by - perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics in the sun. 

A large supermarket is located a short drive away within Highbury Mall, as well as a local Dairy on Hinemoa Street! Please note the ferry ride from Birkenhead Point Wharf to the CBD is still running, and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the wharf from the house. The CBD can also be accessed by taxi, car or by bus from Queen Street or Onewa Road. It is a short drive across the bridge to the CBD, and there are also ferries from Birkenhead Wharf, and buses from Hinemoa Street, Queen Street and Onewa Rd.
